I really like this blog. Challenges alot of ideas people have of overweight = fast food and junk.

May I ask what kind of portions you consume?

I think my portions are about right--for example, the yogurt container says a serving is one cup, and that's about what I eat--I get about four servings out of a large container of yogurt.

As another example, I know I ate more than the recommended serving on the hummus container, but I was eating hummus and tortialls as a meal rather than a snack, so maybe that makes sense.
