don't forget the dragon noodles

I made some dragon noodles for early dinner, but my limes, almost no juice came out when I squeezed them!  Also we do not have green onions, and I never use the cilantro, so they lacked a green fresh vividness.  Also they were so hot I could barely eat them.  But what a lovely flavor.

"Thank you for cleaning up," I told Ming.

"Thank you for making dinner!" he said.

"Thank you for helping!" I said.  "It's easy when you help me."  He chopped some garlic for me, among other things.

foods I wanna make soon

Thai carrot curry soup
sweet potato peanut butter stew
pasta with avocado tahini sauce
vegan mac & cheese with veg sausage and spinach
spanish rice with chickpeas
a vegetarian version of this rice casserole my mom used to make when I was little
some one-pot pasta

Need to chop and freeze some extra onions.  Ming said he'd do it!

Oh I have some potatoes I need to use too.
